Delivery

Orders
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible, although we ask that you allow 14 days before receiving your goods. Delays can occasionally occur during busy times as many of our products are made to order – we will let you know if this is likely. Please specify if you need the items delivered by a particular date and we will do our best to meet the deadline. 

Delivery
Your plants will be delivered either by our own transport or by specially appointed carriers. If delivery is by carrier it may be only to the pavement outside your premises. We will advise you of the date and delivery method before the plants are dispatched. 

Prices
Prices are in UK pounds Sterling and are exclusive VAT. 

Orders from outside the UK
At the moment we are not able to ship goods abroad. If this changes, it will be announced on this website.

Internet Shopping
We use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us.

Returns
Complaints or notification of damages must be made within 3 working days of receipt of goods.
